The Unseen

It struck me today, how wonderful it is to lift up my heart to the Lord in anticipation of what I can't see or do not know.  I am thankful for a God of mystery, a God of faith, a God of hope.  Disappointment and false hope follow the things which I see, feel or know, it is far greater to anticipate that which I can not understand, or even comprehend, from that which is love, God.

As children, it was so very easy to dream.  As adults things become more realistic, we don't allow ourselves to anticipate what God can do.  What would happen if we let God have control of our dreams, and anticipated with hope, the wonderful possibilities He could provide with and through us today?  God is the God of unlimited possibilities, I wonder how much we miss because we concentrate only on what we see, not what He sees?

I Corinthians 2:9, "but just as it is written, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him."

The best thing for you to do is lift weights. Building up mcsule tone increases your metabolism and makes your body more efficient at burning fat. Aerobics is a good way to lose fat but unless you do it religiously, you'll gain it all back when you stop. So combine weight training with aerobics and watch the pounds fall off you rapidly. Also, instead of counting calories, try eating 6 small meals a day.
