Today was my first early morning swim, in the dark no less, and run, as I prepare for ""Escape from Alcatraz.  What a comfort it is to train with others.  It is one thing to enter the water at 5am in the dark alone, and another to enter with other brothers on similar journeys as my own.  There is strength in numbers, and in relationships.

On a daily basis, what a joy to know that God goes with me wherever I go.  No journey surprises Him, nor is beyond His ability to bless and equip.  He goes before me, and prepares the way.  I am never alone, and there is peace and comfort with the presences of the Lord. 

Luke 1:78-79, "Because of the tender mercy of our God, with which the Sunrise from on high will visit us, to shine upon those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our fee into the way of peace."

The supplements I recommend usually reduce the inflammation quite a bit, and should help with the pain. That's the only other thing I can think of without you going through your doctor.
