Today was my first early morning swim, in the dark no less, and run, as I prepare for ""Escape from Alcatraz.  What a comfort it is to train with others.  It is one thing to enter the water at 5am in the dark alone, and another to enter with other brothers on similar journeys as my own.  There is strength in numbers, and in relationships.

On a daily basis, what a joy to know that God goes with me wherever I go.  No journey surprises Him, nor is beyond His ability to bless and equip.  He goes before me, and prepares the way.  I am never alone, and there is peace and comfort with the presences of the Lord.

Luke 1:78-79, "Because of the tender mercy of our God, with which the Sunrise from on high will visit us, to shine upon those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our fee into the way of peace."

Hi there no, a bulging disc does not heal on its own, but we never remonmecd surgery until we've tried everything else first because the success rate for surgery with this condition is not that great. In order for a spinal disc condition to heal, it requires a number of different things like exercises, stretches, nutritional changes, etc.The biggest problem is that the discs don't receive a good blood supply, so they are very difficult to heal, but it can be done.

Wow that is difficult. Have you tried any nutrtiional supplements? Like a good joint support formula? I have no idea if you've signed up for my free ecourse or not, but I have a whole video on nutrition for this condition. The supplements I recommend usually reduce the inflammation quite a bit, and should help with the pain. That's the only other thing I can think of without you going through your doctor.
