This Christmas I will re-gift.  As a gift to me, Christ surrendered His life on the cross, I will likewise surrender my attitude and expectations that He would have control over my whole life.  Christ gifted me with His sacrifice, that my sins would be forgiven, I will also sacrifice my wants and desires that others would be lifted up.  Christ gifted me with His selflessness, by leaving heaven and becoming man that I would have an example of a life of righteousness.   I will practice selflessness to others this Christmas, that God would be evident in my life and His glory lifted up.  Finally, God gave me the gift of His servanthood, humbling Himself, that the Father would be glorified by the Son.  I too will commit my life and walk to being a servant that God's glory and purpose would reign supreme in my life this holiday season (and beyond).

This Christmas I will re-gift the wonderful gifts of my Lord and Savior.

Phil. 2:8-9, "Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.  For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him that name which is above every name.."
